Stainless Steel XM19 Stud Bolts consist of iron, chromium (20.5–23.5%), nickel, molybdenum, and nitrogen (0.08–0.15%), which provides them with superior corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. The alloy has a tensile strength of a maximum of 120 ksi, high yield strength, and higher fatigue resistance. XM19 also has outstanding resistance against stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion, even in high–temperature or chloride–rich environments.
