Andre Stainless, a leading Pulau Ujong, Singapore-based manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Stainless Steel Blind Flanges, is designed for high-performance industrial usage. Renowned for its emphasis on quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, Andre Stainless provides flanges that are long-lasting, corrosion-proof, and resistant to high temperature and pressure. Produced in different grades, sizes, and specifications, these blind flanges are extensively utilized to cap pipeline ends and make leak-proof systems. Employing state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and a quality-oriented policy, the company caters to major sectors such as chemical processing, power generation, and marine engineering, both on a domestic and international scale.
Andre Stainless Stainless Steel Blind Flanges are generally produced in 304, 304L, 316, and 316L grades, consisting of iron, chromium (18–20%), nickel (8–14%), and molybdenum (2–3%) for increased corrosion resistance. The flanges have very good mechanical properties in the form of tensile strength of 485–620 MPa, yield strength of 170–310 MPa, and elongation of 30–40% based on the grade. They are intended for use in high-pressure applications and retain structural stability and integrity even at temperatures of up to 870°C and pressure ratings of up to 2500 lbs, providing long-term reliability.

A Stainless Steel Blind Flange is a solid plate used to seal or close pipeline ends, ensuring leak-proof connections.
They are commonly used in chemical processing, power generation, oil and gas, and marine industries for high-pressure and corrosion-resistant applications.
Yes, they are available in various grades, sizes, and finishes and can be customized to meet specific project requirements.
Documents include commercial invoices, packing lists, MTC, PMI Test Certificates, radiography reports, and Third-Party Inspection Certificates to ensure quality assurance.
Stainless Steel Blind Flanges are widely applied to those industries where sealing the end of a pipe is necessary to ensure safety, maintenance, or isolation of a system. Widely used in oil & gas, chemical plants, power plants, and water treatment plants, these flanges avoid leakage, contamination, and pressure loss. They are particularly suitable for system testing purposes, permitting simple pressurization without flow. Blind flanges also serve to seal unused pipe ends in permanent or temporary installations. Their resistance to corrosive media, high pressure, and high temperatures renders them invaluable for tough, demanding operating conditions.
