Andre Stainless is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Stainless Steel Check Valves in Pulau Ujong, Singapore, providing non-return flow solutions to various industries. For the purpose of preventing backflow and the directional flow, valves are made in stainless steel grades 304, 316, and duplex stainless steel. Andre Stainless manufactures swing, lift, wafer, and spring-loaded designs specifically to meet applications in high-pressure and sanitary processes. Produced according to international standards, these check valves ensure leak-tight sealing, low-pressure drop, and durable construction for reliable application in chemical, marine, and water treatment plants.
Check valves are usually fabricated out of 304 or 316 stainless steel with tensile strengths between 520–580 MPa and excellent resistance to corrosion, especially in wet and slightly acidic conditions. 316 has more resistance to chlorides and sea conditions as a result of having 2–3% molybdenum content. They are made for working pressures between 150–1000 PSI and temperatures between –30°C to well above 200°C. Mechanical strength and corrosion resistance provide a long service life in flow-critical applications. Their internal moving components (discs, springs) are also made of wear-resistant stainless steel.

We offers high quality stainless steel check valves, rigorously tested for durability and performance. Each valve undergoes a rigorous quality control program, including pressure, leakage and functional testing, to ensure reliability in harsh environments. Certified to industry standards, our valves guarantee optimum efficiency, safety and long-term performance for all applications.
Stainless steel inline check valves, available in sizes from 1/4″ to 12″, ensure reliable backflow prevention with high corrosion resistance. Their compact design is suitable for various industrial and pipeline applications.
Stainless steel swing check valves, ranging from 1/2″ to 12″, offer excellent corrosion resistance and efficient backflow prevention. The swing mechanism allows for smooth, reliable operation in diverse industrial settings.
Non-slam check valves, made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, are available in sizes from 1″ to 12″. They prevent water hammer and backflow, ensuring smooth operation in high-pressure systems.
Tilting disc check valves, sized from 1″ to 12″, feature a tilting disc design for precise backflow prevention. Their stainless steel construction ensures high corrosion resistance and durability in demanding applications.
Stainless steel lined check valves, available in sizes from 1/2″ to 12″, offer enhanced corrosion resistance with a lining for protection. Ideal for handling aggressive media and preventing backflow in various systems.
Stainless steel check valves come in sizes from 1/4″ to 12″, providing reliable backflow prevention and high corrosion resistance. Suitable for a wide range of industrial applications requiring robust and durable flow control.
Stainless steel check valves are applied in piping and systems where backflow might ruin equipment or contaminate fluid quality. Typical applications include water supply lines, fuel and oil lines, chemical injection systems, fire protection systems, and HVAC systems. In offshore and marine use, 316 versions of stainless resist saltwater corrosion efficiently. The valves are also used in food, dairy processing, and pharmaceutical lines to provide sanitary conditions and prevent contamination. Andre Stainless provides the valves in various body styles and connection types, which ensure they can fit the needs of new installations as well as retrofit assignments.
