Our Stainless Steel Needle Valves are manufactured from grades 304 and 316, the latter of which includes 2–3% molybdenum to ensure added resistance to chlorides and acidic conditions. The valves provide tensile strengths of 520–750 MPa and yield strengths of 210–290 MPa, depending on grade. Capable of operating under maximum pressures of 6000 PSI, their temperature strength is up to 450°C, depending on the seal material used. Specially designed with fine threading stems for precise control of the flow, they are non-magnetic in annealed state, corrosion-resistant, and applicable to high-critical fluid control systems.
