Our Stainless Steel Needle Valves are made from 304 and 316 grades, the latter of which has 2–3% molybdenum added to its composition to provide greater resistance to chlorides and acidic conditions. These valves have tensile strengths ranging from 520–750 MPa and yield strengths ranging from 210–290 MPa, depending on the grade. With maximum pressure ratings of up to 6000 PSI, their temperature resistance is up to 450°C, depending on the sealing material. Equipped with fine-threaded stems for accurate regulation of flow, they are non-magnetic in annealed state, corrosion-resistant, and suitable for critical fluid control systems.
