They usually contain 18–20% chromium, 8–12% nickel, and may include 2–3% molybdenum (in 316 grade) to improve corrosion resistance. These flanges have tensile strengths of 515–620 MPa and yield strengths of 205–290 MPa. They also exhibit good hardness and ductility, ensuring they perform well in high-pressure flow measurement settings.
