The unions have smooth internal finishes (Ra ≤ 0.8 µm), providing sanitary flow and avoiding microbial growth. Withstand working pressures up to 16 bar, the fittings resist mechanical stress and thermal cycling. Rubber or PTFE gaskets give a safe, hygienic seal, withstanding repeated sterilization and CIP/SIP cleaning cycles.
