Stainless Steel 321 Nuts are made from a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel containing 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, and titanium to prevent carbide precipitation. This composition provides excellent resistance to oxidation, especially in temperatures of up to 870°C, as well as high intergranular corrosion resistance following welding. These nuts have high tensile strength, good creep properties, and stability under heat, enabling them to be used in continuous service under severe environments. Their ductility, formability, and heat scaling resistance enable them to be reliable in both static and dynamic use under thermal stress.
