Andre Stainless in Pulau Ujong, Singapore, is a well-known manufacturer and supplier of high-quality stainless steel products for a wide range of industrial applications. One of our major products is Stainless Steel 422 Stud Bolts, designed to offer excellent strength and resistance in high-temperature and high-pressure applications. These stud bolts are produced using prime-grade martensitic stainless steel and are designed to deliver under some of the most challenging conditions. With an emphasis on long-lasting durability, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, Andre Stainless is committed to offering fastening solutions that guarantee long-term dependability and compatibility with global quality standards.
Stainless Steel 422 Stud Bolts are produced from a martensitic stainless steel alloy, usually made up of around 12% chromium, 0.2–0.3% carbon, and molybdenum, tungsten, and vanadium additions to enhance performance. This heat-treatable alloy exhibits high tensile strength, excellent creep resistance, and good oxidation resistance up to 1200°F (650°C). Its mechanical properties are hardness, fatigue strength, and structural stability under load. Stainless Steel 422‘s composition enables these bolts to function flawlessly in high-temperature conditions while providing good machinability and long life service.
