Stainless Steel Pipes are produced from austenitic stainless steel types like 304, 316, and 321. These alloys have chromium content of 18–20% and nickel of 8–12% to provide resistance against corrosion and oxidation. SS 316 has molybdenum for enhanced resistance against pitting in chloride-rich environments. The pipes provide tensile strengths ranging from 515–620 MPa and preserve ductility in pressure and temperature changes. With smooth finishes and accurate measures, they resist thermal expansion and mechanical loading and are appropriate for high-temperature and corrosive applications in welded as well as seamless types.
