Stainless Steel 347H Pipes are designed with a high-performance alloy that consists of iron, chromium (17–19%), nickel (9–12%), and columbium (niobium)—included in the proportion of ten times the carbon. Stabilized austenitic stainless steel is fabricated for providing outstanding strength, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance, particularly in high-temperature conditions. Its high carbon content strengthens creep strength and stress rupture resistance. Columbium dissolves carbide, which keeps from precipitation. The presence of columbium improves resistance to intergranular corrosion. These properties ensure excellent mechanical stability, weldability, and long-term durability. Pipes are suitable for extreme industrial operation.
