904L is an austenitic, low-carbon stainless steel alloy characterized by excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in acidic conditions. Its composition has about 24% chromium, 19% nickel, 4.5% molybdenum, and traces of copper and manganese. This blend ensures excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. The material exhibits tensile strength about 490 MPa and yield strength of 220 MPa with good ductility and weldability. All these features make 904L forged fittings very suitable for high pressure and high temperature applications where durability and low maintenance are called for.

Certifications such as material testing reports (MTRs) and third-party reviews ensure reliability and efficiency.
These fittings are available in sizes from 1/8″ to 4″ and offer reliable, leak-free connections in high-pressure systems. They are commonly used in petrochemical, power generation, and oil and gas industries.
Threaded fittings, ranging from 1/8″ to 4″, provide ease of installation and maintenance. Suitable for low-pressure applications, they are widely used in plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
These elbows, available in sizes from 1/8″ to 4″, allow for smooth directional flow changes. They are ideal for piping systems requiring high-strength connections and reduced flow resistance.
Threaded tees, in sizes ranging from 1/8″ to 4″, branch off the main line in a piping system. They provide reliable performance in various industrial and commercial applications.
These couplings, available in sizes from 1/8″ to 4″, join two pipes or fittings. They offer easy assembly and disassembly, making them suitable for maintenance and repair work.
Socket weld crosses, ranging from 1/8″ to 4″, are designed to connect four pipes at a single junction. They are used in high-pressure applications where a strong, leak-proof connection is essential.
Stainless Steel 904L forged fittings are widely utilized in applications demanding superior corrosion, pressure, and temperature resistance. They find widespread usage in chemical processing industries, marine applications, as well as oil refineries, where frequent exposure to severe acids such as sulfuric acid takes place. The fittings prove to be best utilized in pipelines, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and reactor systems. Moreover, 904L fittings are preferred in the food and beverages, pharmaceutical, and power generation applications because they are reliable, durable, and hygienic. Their resistance against corrosion caused by chloride also makes them ideal for use in offshore and electrical industry applications.
