Andre Stainless is a reliable supplier and producer of AWS Class ER410 MIG and TIG filler welding wires and rods in Pulau Ujong, Singapore. ER410 is a martensitic stainless steel filler metal that has been specifically created for welding 12% chromium stainless steels. It is most appropriate for use where high wear resistance, moderate corrosion resistance, and excellent strength are required. This ER410 filler wire is typically utilized in fabrication, repair work, and overlay welding of parts subject to abrasion, mild corrosive environments, and thermal cycling. Andre Stainless manufactures all ER410 wires according to AWS A5.9 standards for consistent, high-quality weld performance.
ER410 welding wire has around 11.5–13.5% Chromium content with low Carbon (usually ≤0.03%) and small traces of Manganese and Silicon. It does not contain Nickel or Molybdenum. The weld metal deposited in a martensitic microstructure that hardens and becomes wear-resistant upon air cooling. Mechanical properties of 620–670 MPa (tensile strength), 450 MPa (yield strength), and 200–250 HB (hardness) are typical. For increased toughness and lowered brittleness, post-weld heat treatment (tempering) is generally advocated. ER410 is suitable for both MIG and TIG processes and conforms to AWS A5.9 ER410 standards.

ER410 TIG filler rod delivers superior hardness and wear resistance, used for welding martensitic stainless steels in high-stress environments, offering strong, reliable welds and durability.
Each AWS Class ER410 MIG and TIG Filler Welding Wire and Rod is carefully packed using high-quality materials. To prevent any damage or corrosion during transit. We are committed to guaranteeing customer satisfaction by providing timely deliveries. Through efficient transportation methods. Along with the products, we also supply all the necessary documentation to our clients at the time of delivery, ensuring complete transparency and support throughout the process.
AWS Class ER410 MIG and TIG filler wires are used extensively in welding ASTM 410 and similar martensitic stainless steel in turbine blades, valve parts, pump shafts, and hard-faced tools. These wires are suitable for overlay and build-up welding where erosion, wear, and light corrosion are anticipated, e.g., in hydroelectric stations, petrochemical equipment, and oil & gas equipment. ER410 also finds application in surfacing carbon steel components to produce a corrosion-resistant and hard-wearing surface. It is especially beneficial in maintenance and repair work where high hardness and strength are desired after post-weld heat treatment.
