Andre Stainless, located in Pulau Ujong, Singapore, produces and supplies strong welding wires such as AWS Class ER410NiMo MIG and TIG filler wire and rod. This martensitic stainless filler is designed for high-strength welds in corrosion-heavy conditions. Its nickel and molybdenum content improves toughness and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for hard-facing and overlay applications. Andre Stainless enforces strict quality control to ensure consistent performance in critical structures exposed to wear, impact, and corrosive situations, especially in the oil and gas, hydroelectric, and mining sectors.
ER410NiMo contains about 12% Chromium, 4.5% Nickel, and 0.5-0.7% Molybdenum with moderate carbon content (~0.03-0.05%). It creates a martensitic structure after welding and can be heat-treated for increased hardness and strength. Mechanical properties include tensile strength up to 110,000 psi (758 MPa), yield strength of around 85,000 psi (586 MPa), and elongation of 18-20%. This alloy provides excellent resistance to sulfide stress corrosion, erosion, and moderate pitting.
