Andre Stainless manufactures and supplies AWS Class E330-16 stainless steel electrodes in Pulau ujong, Pulau Ujong. These electrodes are designed for welding high-temperature alloys, especially in furnace components and heat-treating equipment. They are engineered to resist oxidation and scaling at high temperatures, making them suitable for joining and fabricating alloys like ASTM Type 330 stainless steel. At Andre Stainless, we ensure our electrodes meet or exceed AWS A5.4 standards, offering superior arc control, low spatter, and strong, heat-resistant welds for demanding industrial applications with thermal cycling.
E330-16 electrodes typically have 35–37% Nickel, 14–17% Chromium, and small amounts of Silicon and Manganese. This composition ensures superior oxidation resistance and performance at high temperatures. Mechanical properties include a tensile strength of around 550 MPa and excellent creep resistance. These electrodes maintain ductility and weld integrity at temperatures up to 1150°C. Arc characteristics are stable, with minimal slag and a good weld appearance. Suitable for AC or DC polarity, E330-16 electrodes meet AWS A5.4/SFA-5.4 standards and are ideal for welding wrought or cast high-temperature stainless steels.
