Stainless Steel 410S Sheets and Plates are crafted from a low-carbon variant of SS 410, featuring about 11.5–13.5% chromium and a reduced carbon content (≤0.08%) to improve weldability and minimize the risk of hardening after heat treatment. These sheets and plates boast moderate tensile strength (around 400–550 MPa), good formability, and outstanding resistance to oxidation and scaling at high temperatures up to 815°C. The ferritic microstructure also ensures good thermal conductivity and resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
